Job summary

Queen Creek Unified School District seeks an experienced administrator to oversee the Business Services Department, ensuring financial operations comply with district policy, GAAP, and applicable laws. The position requires a BS in Accounting or Business Administration with 2 years in school district leadership; a Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all functions of the Business Services Department.
• Prepare evaluations for staff and communicate performance regularly.
• Manage resources and duties to ensure efficiency with strong internal controls.
• Provide reports to the CFO, at least monthly.
• Coordinate with Human Resources on staffing and payroll data integrity.
• Ensure district financial reporting aligns with GAAP and USFR standards.
• Assist with annual financial reporting and grant funding processes.
