Oakmont Education is seeking a School Director for Frederick Douglass High School in Toledo, OH. You will provide strategic and instructional leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, coach your staff, and partner with families and the community to improve student outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a Master's in Educational Leadership, strong leadership experience, and a track record of school improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a K-12 school or large program.
• Proven ability to drive student achievement and culture.
• Strong communication with families, staff and boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and instructional leadership for the school.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and safety.
• Coach and develop teachers, monitor data, and implement RTI.
• Build community partnerships to support enrollment and programs.
• Manage budgets, policies, and school improvement initiatives.
