Celebree School in Cypress, TX seeks a Director to lead our growing childcare operation. You’ll oversee talent, brand, and daily operations, guiding staff, shaping the learning environment, and building positive community relationships to help children and teams grow.

Responsibilities include recruiting top talent, coaching staff, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional tours and customer service to families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Must meet requirements to be a School Director as approved by the governing State agency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
• Lead team growth and development through training and guidance.
• Manage operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences for families visiting or touring the school.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and Celebree standards.

Monday through Friday: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (Alternating shifts)

• Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
• Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.
• Support and lead new company initiatives
