Job summary

New Horizon Academy Iowa, Inc. is seeking a Director who will lead a school site with a focus on excellence in early childhood education.

The role demands organized, detail-oriented leadership in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with licensing standards and accreditation guidelines. The successful candidate will bring 2 years of licensed ECE experience, with 1 year of managerial background, and a passion for inspiring staff and children while partnering with our home office team to

• 2 years' experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
• 1 year of managerial experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting preferred.
• Have working knowledge of state licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.

Potential Directors must have:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• 2 years' experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting.
• 1 year of managerial experience in a licensed Early Childhood setting preferred.
• Have working knowledge of state specific licensing requirements, National Accreditation guidelines, and early childhood development teaching and assessment strategies.

Salary range: $61,000-$67,000/year

Compensation includes monthly bonus potential based on performance of the school
