Qualifications

• 1 year of line cook or culinary experience.
• Willingness to learn USDA National School Lunch Program compliance.
• Flexible & team- oriented work style.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to daily menus and recipes.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with team to ensure dishes are ready for service on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with additional duties as needed.
