Job summary

Aramark Student Nutrition in Chicago, IL seeks a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations across school-based nutrition programs. You will oversee menus, staffing, safety and customer service to deliver healthy meals and a positive dining experience for students and staff.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing daily briefings, maintaining P&L performance, driving cost controls, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while partnering with clients to meet

Qualifications

Requires at least 1 year of experience in food service management.
Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport and working relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop team members to reach potential and maintain service standards.
Plan and lead daily team briefings and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
Maintain and analyze P&L statements and meet client and company targets.
