Job summary

Elior School Dining in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a skilled Menu Systems Coordinator to lead the implementation of menu management software and collaborate with the Wellness and Culinary Teams. You will maintain USDA-approved recipe and menu databases and train Foodservice staff.

The role features a hybrid work setup (3 days in the corporate office, 2 days remote) with a compensation range up to $60,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with USDA child nutrition programs is required.
• At least one year of experience with menu management systems.
• Experience with TrakNow preferred.
• Servsafe certification is a plus.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Menu Systems Coordinator to our School Dining team. As a Menu Systems Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to maintain and lead the implementation of menu management software programs, collaborating with the Wellness and Culinary Teams.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting maintenance of the USDA approved recipe and menu database.
• Providing menu systems training to members of the Foodservice Team.
• Analyzing recipes and menus for USDA child nutrition program & NSLP compliance.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least one year of experience working with USDA child nutrition programs.
• At least one year of experience with menu management systems, TrakNow preferred.

Nice-to-haves:

• Servsafe certification
• Experience utilizing the USDA Food Buying Guide

Where you’ll be working

This will be a hybrid position with 3 days in corporate office & 2 days remote.

Compensation Range
