Job summary

Elior School Dining in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Menu Systems Coordinator to lead the implementation of menu management software and support USDA child nutrition program compliance.

You will maintain the USDA approved recipe and menu database, provide training to the Foodservice Team, and analyze recipes to ensure NSLP conformity.

This hybrid role offers 3 days in the corporate office and 2 days remote, with benefits including medical, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Menu Systems Coordinator to our School Dining team. As a Menu Systems Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to maintain and lead the implementation of menu management software programs, collaborating with the Wellness and Culinary Teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting maintenance of the USDA approved recipe and menu database.
• Providing menu systems training to members of the Foodservice Team.
• Analyzing recipes and menus for USDA child nutrition program & NSLP compliance.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• Excellent computer and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• At least one year of experience working with USDA child nutrition programs.
• At least one year of experience with menu management systems, TrakNow preferred.

Nice-to-haves:

• Servsafe certification
• Experience utilizing the USDA Food Buying Guide

Where you'll be working:

This will be a hybrid position with 3 days in corporate office & 2 days remote.

Compensation Range

Up to $60,000 per year
