Elior School Dining is seeking a General Manager to lead school dining operations across Arkansas & Louisiana. You will supervise the whole department, hire and train staff, and ensure compliance with culinary, safety, and sanitation standards while meeting budget targets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years coordinating food service operations in multiple units.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in diverse environments with focus on service quality.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all functions of the food service department.
• Lead and train a team of associates; hiring where needed.
• Ensure culinary, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Budget department; manage purchasing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with district manager on dining service aspects.
