The role emphasizes strategic planning, budgeting, auditing, and leadership of food service directors and district teams. Frequent travel (overnight) statewide (~75%) is required, with hubs in Orlando and Tampa to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with software.
• Intermediate skill with Microsoft Excel.
• Food safety certification through ServSafe and local health authorities.
• Experience in School Dining food service under NSLP.
• At least five years of experience working with multiple units and multiple clients in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced District Manager to join our School Dining team in FL. As a District Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple accounts.

This position requires frequent travel throughout Florida (overnight stays) about 75% of the time.

This position will hub out of Orlando & Tampa areas.

Compensation Range

Up to $120,000 + bonus depending on qualications
