Qualifications

• Two years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience with industrial cooking.
• Excellent communication skills with hourly staff and executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with strong client and customer service focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the food service department and resources.
• Lead and train a team of associates, including hiring.
• Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budget the department, purchase ingredients, and monitor targets/forecasts.
• Coordinate with district manager on dining service aspects.
• Address customer service needs.
