Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food.
• Performs prep work: wash, peel, cut and seed fruits/vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients.
• Transports food safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Uses recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Relays customer concerns to supervisor.
• Ensures sanitation and safety compliance.
