Elior School Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced kitchen at Founders Classical Academy in Carrollton, Texas. You will work with a motivated team to prepare delicious meals with an emphasis on scratch cooking.

Responsibilities include quality control, food preparation, and creative presentation while following safety standards. This full-time, Onsite role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
