Aramark in Richmond, VA is seeking a Registered Dietitian I to help provide nutritionally sound and cost-efficient food services for students while maintaining compliance with local nutrition guidelines. You will develop healthy menus using government standards and collaborate with Food & Beverage Development and management teams.

This role focuses on menu planning, nutrient analysis, client education on healthy choices, and supporting staff training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition.
Eligible to practice dietetics in the applicable location.
Licensure or certification as required by local regulations.
Ability to maintain friendly, efficient customer service attitude.
Previous relevant working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans menus in accordance with Aramark guidelines.
Visits school cafes on a regular basis.
Supports recipe development, menu production, and foodservice management standards.
Supports nutrient analysis for all food items served.
Educates clients and consumers, regarding healthy food choices through school training and community outreach.
Assists with new employee training.
Works with management and supervisors to ensure delivery of quality food services.
