Job summary

Doxa Church in Rocklin, CA seeks an Operations Aid for Eden Classical Academy during school hours. This part-time, hourly role supports daily rhythms from arrival to dismissal and helps keep classrooms and common areas safe and orderly.

You will work closely with the Office Administrator, supervise students during activities, and assist teachers and parents with communication and basic clerical tasks, contributing to a respectful and faith-centered learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with young children in classroom, childcare, or related setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, teachers, and parents.
• Ability to follow directions and support management of groups of students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily school rhythms, activities, and routines.
• Supervise students during school activities, recess, lunch, and transitions.
• Provide support in managing student behavior, modeling respectful and kind interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in Eden's facility.
• Support Grammar teachers with any outside-of-class help needed (i.e. projects, recreation).
• Communicate positively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Uphold the school's mission, values, and policies.
