Job summary

Eden Classical Academy in Rocklin, CA is seeking an energetic Admissions & Academics Coordinator to support admissions and academic operations part-time (20 hours per week). You will be the key connection point for prospective families, helping them navigate the inquiry-to-enrollment journey while supporting teachers and school leadership.

This role involves coordinating Open House events, assessments, family interviews, and onboarding through FACTS, plus assisting with curriculum guides,

Qualifications

• Spiritually mature Christian actively involved in a Bible-believing church.
• Highly organized with dependable follow-through.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective families from inquiry to enrollment.
• Coordinate Open House registrations, assessments, and family interviews.
• Support student enrollment and family onboarding through FACTS.
• Assist in administrative coordination for Upper School with leadership.
• Maintain systems and workflows with Asana and other tools.
• Train staff in consistent process usage.
