Job summary

Austintown Local Schools Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio (ESC of Eastern Ohio) in Canfield, Ohio is seeking a Substitute Custodian/Sweeper-Cleaner to cover day and afternoon shifts. The position offers a starting hourly rate of $12.00 with enrollment in the State Employee Retirement System (SERS).

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, favorable BCII and FBI background checks, and a negative drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current favorable BCII (State) and FBI (Federal) background checks.
• Negative drug screen.
• Enrolled in Rapback through the Ohio Board of Education and Workforce.
• Complete Ohio Auditor of State Fraud Reporting and Training.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning of assigned areas.
• Reports unsafe conditions and/or maintenance problems to the custodian on duty and/or the building administrator.
