Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in maintenance.
• Experience that provides required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Keeps building and premises neat and clean at all times.
• Checks daily to insure exit doors are open and panic bolts work during occupancy.
• Sweeps classrooms daily and dusts furniture.
• Cleans corridors after school and as needed.
• Scrubs and disinfects toilets, floors, and fixtures.
• Washes windows on both sides as necessary.
• Keeps grounds free from rubbish.
• Reports major repairs to the principal.
• Remains on campus during school hours and authorized times.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds regularly.
