The role involves applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems, ensuring the facilities are tidy and functional. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and physical stamina to perform the duties.

Responsibilities

1. Vacuum classrooms daily
2. Mop, disinfect, empty trash cans, and refill supplies in restrooms
3. Sweep and mop the lunchroom daily
4. Disinfect water fountains
5. Dust and wipe down lockers and classrooms
6. Order supplies within budget
7. Maintain grounds, including trash collection, snow removal, and yard upkeep
8. Check playground equipment and fences regularly
9. Keep entranceways clean, orderly, and safe
10. Check safety systems (e.g., fire alarms)
11. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment (e.g., ventilation)
12. Maintain gym and tile floors (strip, seal, wax)
13. Prepare for school and church events
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by the principal or pastor
