Job summary

Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. is seeking a School Custodian for a Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. schedule in Lorain, Ohio. This full-time role includes cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms and common areas at the school site, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check. Duties include sanitation, floor care, trash removal, safety reporting, and securing the building after cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies
• Floor care experience
• Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
• Secure the building by locking doors and windows after cleaning
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
