Job summary

Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. is seeking a School Custodian to maintain a clean and safe environment in Lorain, Ohio. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas, vacuuming and mopping floors, and reporting hazards to the supervisor. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check.

Qualifications

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies.
• Report damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

Full-time

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies
• Floor Care Experience -
• Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
• Secure the building by locking doors and windows after cleaning
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor

Days: Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
