Job summary

Crystal Clear Building Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable School Custodian in Lorain, Ohio. Work hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.

The role involves cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms and common areas to maintain a safe, sanitary environment. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, dusting, restocking soap and paper supplies, reporting damages or safety hazards, following safety procedures and securing the building

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and pass a BCI/FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors as needed
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and other supplies
• Floor Care Experience -
• Report any damages, repairs, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals appropriately
• Secure the building by locking doors and windows after cleaning
• Perform other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor
