Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write English as pertains to job functions.
• Progressively responsible custodial experience preferred.
• Satisfactory criminal background check required.
• Vision and hearing adequate to perform duties safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties relating to cleaning the school site.
• Direct and monitor the work of custodians; provide training as needed.
• Order custodial supplies and maintain equipment.
• Assist in evaluations and report on sanitation and safety.
• Maintain floors, windows, walls, and general areas to prescribed standards.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed for events and cleaning.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor maintenance.
• Ensure facility security and readiness of safety systems.
