• Moves and arranges furniture as needed.
• Performs minor/preventative maintenance on custodial equipment; reports repairs, safety concerns, and property damage.
• Opens/closes buildings at start/end of workdays; ensures lights are on/off as scheduled.
• Maintains reliable attendance and punctuality; responds to after-hours emergencies and inclement weather as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
