Job summary

This is a full-time, on-site position with occasional travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and speaks English fluently.
• Previous maintenance/cleaning experience desirable.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Checks and secures building at beginning and end of shift for safety and cleanliness.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms, offices, stairways and other areas to district standards.
• Sweeps, mops, buffs, strips and waxes floors.
• Replaces light bulbs and handles setup/breakdown of furniture for events.
• Receives deliveries and transports supplies to classrooms and other areas.
• Empties trash and participates in recycling program.
