Formación

• Standard high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning, floor and restroom care, and equipment maintenance preferred.
• Able to work in ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Follow instructions and work well with others.

Responsabilidades

• Accept direction from Head Custodian, Supervisor, or Administrator.
• Perform custodial and preventative maintenance duties district-wide.
• Clean woodwork, walls, furniture, and windows with approved products.
• Mop, scrub, strip, wax, shampoo, vacuum, and spot-clean floors and carpeting.
• Move furnishings to prepare for meetings and events.
• Operate small equipment and hand tools safely.
• Ensure safety procedures and district policies are followed.
