Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated facilities custodian at CAIU MAIN OFFICE in Enola, PA. This full-time role offers a salary of $31,040 to $38,800 per year, with up to 50% travel and a day shift schedule. You will clean classrooms, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas, operate cleaning equipment, and assist with event setup.

Basic computer skills are required; prior school custodial experience is preferred. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day, 260 days per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in school custodial work preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of various cleaning chemicals and processes is required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect facilities including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing and waxing floors/carpets; dusting; furniture setup; wash tables/desks and boards; empty trash; etc.
• Clean restrooms and refill supplies.
• Maintain meeting/conference rooms, kitchenettes, and high-use areas.
• Use cleaning and floor maintenance machines (scrubbers, buffers, polishers, carpet cleaners).
• Prepare room layouts using scheduling software.
• Assist in evening operations and room setups for the next day.
• Report repairs to Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain custodial storage and equipment.
• Open/close building, secure doors/windows, regulate heat and lighting.
• Request supplies and custodian equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies with security/fire as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Executive Director.
