AOS Staffing seeks a dependable Custodian to maintain a clean, safe environment across multiple school locations. You’ll handle general custodial duties, sanitation, and setup for events, while traveling between campuses as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and safety, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM and a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate custodial equipment and materials safely.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned school locations.

Responsabilités

• Perform general custodial and janitorial duties throughout assigned school campuses.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and common areas.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown for school functions, meetings, and activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Safely operate custodial equipment and properly use cleaning products and chemicals.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Interact professionally and courteously with staff, students, parents, and the public.
• Work independently while effectively managing daily responsibilities and priorities.
• Travel between and provide coverage at multiple school locations based on district operational needs.
