Job summary

Spring Lake Park Schools is seeking an Evening Custodian to support building operations at the High School and adjacent facilities. The role involves general cleaning, routine maintenance, and assisting with events, with duties including floor care, waste removal and inventory of supplies.

The position requires the ability to work evenings, follow district procedures, and maintain safe, clean environments for students and staff across multiple campuses in the district.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous custodial/cleaning experience desirable.
• Ability to pass pre-work physical.

Responsibilities

• Check and secure building at shift start and end to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and other areas according to standards.
• Sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as required.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstery, and blinds.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors and sills.
• Receives deliveries and assists in unloading and storing supplies.
