Job summary

The job requires physical stamina, ability to operate cleaning equipment, and reliable attendance. Start date is immediate, with duties including supplies requisition, basic maintenance, and securing buildings after hours.

Qualifications

• Some custodial experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, strips, waxes and buffs floor surfaces.
• Cleans restroom areas and replenishes supplies; cleans windows and fixtures.
• Dusts desks and furniture; empties trash receptacles; polices grounds for debris.
• Replaces bulbs and requisitions supplies for the coming week.
