Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and minor repairs to buildings and grounds preferred.
• Must maintain up to date training and certification.
• Demonstrates job responsibility, regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings and premises neat and clean, including sidewalks and play areas.
• Regulates heat, ventilation, and air conditioning for appropriate temperatures and efficient energy use.
• Shovels, plows, and sands walkways and parking areas as needed.
• Performs daily checks of exit doors and panic bolts during occupancy hours.
• Cleans, dusts, sweeps, polishes, and maintains floors and restrooms; sanitizes surfaces.
