The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, adherence to district procedures, and collaboration with Building Engineers and administrators to protect school property and ensure secure premises.

Responsibilities

• Keeps assigned building(s) neat and clean at all times.
• Reports repairs/supplies and damage to school property.
• Maintains communication with supervisors about schedules.
• Keeps on site, wears uniform and ID during school hours.
• Opens/closes buildings and ensures doors/windows are secured.
• Moves furniture/equipment as directed for events.
• Follows procedures for trash disposal and grounds maintenance.
