Job summary

Action Group is seeking a School Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe environment at a local DFW school campus. You will support students and staff by keeping classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas orderly and sanitary.

The role involves cleaning duties, event setup and breakdown, and reporting maintenance issues. It requires physical stamina and the ability to work during school hours with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor or custodial work is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a variety of environments

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Ensure the proper stocking and maintenance of restrooms and other common areas
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of school events and activities
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
