Job summary

GRBS Inc. is hiring for a full-time 2nd shift custodian at Cadillac Mackinaw Trails Middle School in Michigan. The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and teamwork to maintain a clean and safe environment for students and staff.

The position runs Monday through Friday with one weekend per month, 2:30pm–11:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week. Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays after one year, PTO, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid ID.
• Michigan public schools requirements apply; background checks for theft, violence or drug-related offenses may disqualify applicants.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS process.
• Have mindful communication with respect to all.
• Finish the job to the building map and shift.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning restrooms, removing trash and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
