Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a dependable Custodian for Cadillac Mackinaw Trail Middle School in Cadillac, MI. The full-time 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week with a pay rate of $15.75/hour.

This role supports a positive school environment and adheres to GRBS policies. Core duties include mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Traits include teamwork, dependability, self-motivation and reliable transportation.
• Michigan public schools background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS processes and procedures.
• Communicate respectfully with all team members.
• Complete cleaning tasks per building map and shift requirements.
