Grand Rapids Building Services Inc. is seeking a Custodian to join Cadillac Mackinaw Trails Middle School on a full-time, second-shift schedule from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday. The role offers a consistent 40-hour work week and pays $15.75 per hour in Michigan.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, team-oriented and able to follow GRBS processes to maintain a clean and safe school environment, including mopping, dusting and restroom maintenance.

Qualifications

• Team player with dependable and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to work second shift and adhere to school-site policies.
• Must be 18+ with valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Come to work consistently.
• Follow GRBS processes.
• Communicate with respect to all.
• Finish the job according to the building map and shift.
• Mop, dust, clean restrooms, and remove trash.
