Job summary

Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable Custodian/Janitor to join our team in the Delton area in a school setting. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with an immediate start.

Expect a friendly team, paid training, and growth opportunities in a community-focused environment. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and operating a floor scrubber with training provided.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a background check and school clearance, including fingerprinting.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable and able to show up on time consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards.
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Nawa Professional Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team in the Delton area! We have part-time and full-time opportunities in a school setting and an immediate start.

Full‑Time

• Monday - Friday: 6:30am-3:00pm with occasional weekend work (for set up and tear down of events)

Part‑Time

• Monday - Friday: 3:00pm-7:00pm with occasional weekend work (for set up and tear down of events)

Pay Rate

$15

What You’ll Be Doing

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment ( We'll provide training)
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Able to successfully pass a background check and meet school clearance requirements, including fingerprinting.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable and able to show up on time consistently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning standards
