Job summary

Nawa Professional Services is hiring dependable custodians/janitors for part-time evening positions in the Grand Rapids and Wyoming areas. We also have limited full-time opportunities available. No janitorial experience?

We provide paid training and opportunities to grow with our team. Pay is $15.00 per hour, with shifts mostly Monday–Friday and approximately 4–6.5 hours per evening. We offer holiday pay, PTO, paid training, and opportunities for advancement as part of a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen (including THC).
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards.
• Effective communication with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming.
• Mopping.
• Dusting.
• Cleaning restrooms.
• Removing trash.
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.

No janitorial experience? No problem! We provide paid training and opportunities to grow with our team.

Available Opportunities:

• Primarily part-time evening (second shift) positions
• Most shifts are Monday–Friday and approximately 4–6.5 hours per evening
• Limited full-time positions available

During your phone interview, we'll discuss the available schedules, locations, and job sites to find the best fit for you.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Vacuuming
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Cleaning restrooms
• Removing trash
• Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
• As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements:
