Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Saint Louis Counseling, seeks a dedicated School Counselor to provide counseling to children, adolescents, and families in school-based and community settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with educators, families, and community partners, with a mission to expand access to mental health services and support academic and personal success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active clinical licensure or actively working toward licensure in Missouri.
• Experience providing behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload and provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, family, group, and crisis intervention services.
• Coordinate care with schools, families, healthcare providers, and community agencies.
• Develop and facilitate treatment groups and educational presentations.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, training, and professional development.
• Support outreach and marketing efforts for School Partnership Program services.
