Job summary

Bridgeprep Academy, Inc. is seeking a compassionate School Counselor to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. You will provide individual and group counseling, coordinate MTSS, engage families, and promote school-wide programs across our Florida campuses.

You will collaborate with teachers and administrators, analyze data to guide interventions, and ensure confidential documentation while participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Florida School Counselor Certification required or eligible.
• Master’s degree preferred for higher compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ academic and social-emotional needs.
• Coordinate MTSS processes, monitor intervention plans, and respond to student crises.
• Engage families and communities, communicating progress and connecting resources.
• Lead school-wide counseling programs and social-emotional learning activities to foster positive climate.
• Maintain confidential student records and participate in leadership meetings and professional development.
