Responsibilities

• Provides targeted counseling supports for scholars with attendance risk factors and uses progress monitoring.
• Leads MTSS components of Tier 2/3 supports and coordinates attendance interventions.
• Conducts structured family outreach to identify root causes of attendance issues.
• Maintains counseling documentation and data to track outcomes.
• Collaborates with teachers and administrators to strengthen belonging and engagement.
• Ensures compliance with school/district counseling requirements.
