• Background in school counseling or student support services.
• Experience collaborating with families and external agencies.
• Ability to design and implement SEL supports and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals for social services, partnerships, and special education.
• Provide support and documentation for students with IEPs.
• Meet regularly with students on mandated counseling plans.
• Develop partnerships with external agencies and resources.
• Refer families to services and coordinate with service providers.
• Collaborate with Student Response Teams to plan supports.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Participate in team meetings and school-wide activities.
• Support students' social and emotional health and safety.
• Assist leaders with disciplinary concerns and student wellbeing.
