CORA Services, Inc. in Philadelphia seeks School Counselors for the 2026-2027 school year. New grads welcome. Full-time, 10-month positions with possible part-time options. Starting salary minimum $51,000, with competitive benefits and supervision toward PA licensure.

Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, classroom guidance, and collaboration with school staff and CORA’s multidisciplinary team. LPC supervision hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• PA Certification in School Counseling is required.
• Experience in counseling school-aged children is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual counseling to K-12 students in Philadelphia non-public schools.
• Offer consultation to students, parents/guardians, and school personnel.
• Manage caseload and complete required documentation including data entry and final reports.
• Participate in professional meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to agency, departmental, and school policies.
