Job summary

Red Wing Public Schools is seeking a School Counselor at Red Wing High School to support students' social, emotional, and academic needs during the school day.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday, 7:45am–3:45pm (calendar-based with 10 extended summer days) and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness incentives, HRA/FSAs, paid time off, and a 403(b) match. Minnesota teaching license – School Counselor required.

POSITION: School Counselor

LOCATION: Red Wing High School

HOURS PER DAY: Monday-Friday 7:45am-3:45pm following the school calendar & teacher contracted days; this position also works 10 Extended Days in the summer. These days are paid at a daily rate based on the employees Step/Lane.

RATE OF PAY: Pursuant to the Education Minnesota Red Wing Master Agreement. (see attachment)
