Job summary

Springboro Community Schools is seeking a Clinic Nurse for Clearcreek Elementary for the second semester start. The nurse coordinates school health services and provides care for ill and injured students and staff, participating in IEPs and health program implementation to enhance the educational environment.

Qualifications

• RN License.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Ohio driver's license.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• School experience or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and coordinates school health services and programs.
• Administers medications and performs medical procedures ordered by a licensed medical professional.
• Maintains up-to-date cumulative health records on all students and staff.
• Advices on modification of the educational program to meet health needs of individual students.
• Cooperates with health authorities in disease control and prevention.
• Maintains confidentiality of health records.
