Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Sayler Park School Health Center in Cincinnati seeks an Advance Practice Clinician to join our school-based team delivering primary care to students in a collaborative environment.

You will perform physicals, treat common illnesses, prescribe medications, and partner with school staff to improve access to care. Full-time hours 7:30am-4:00pm; competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years APC experience with direct patient care in primary care.
• Ability to work independently within a school health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including health assessments, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Perform annual and sports physicals, well-child exams, and manage childhood illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Coordinate with school-based health site representatives to improve community access.
