Job summary

Universal Health Services in Bucks County, PA seeks a School Climate Coordinator for the LifeWorks School System for the 2026-2027 academic year. The role focuses on overseeing behavior management staff, implementing classroom strategies, and ensuring safe, supportive learning environments.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s level degree in Education or related Human Services field, experience with Special Education, and at least 3 years in staff oversight within a special education setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in Education or related field in Human Services.
• Experience with Special Education is preferred.
• Prior experience with students in a special education school setting is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years support staff oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to all behavior management support staff.
• Ensure all staff are utilizing proper classroom management strategies.
• Provide behavior management/classroom management training individually as needed and to all faculty regularly.
• Ensure all safety protocols are being completed thoroughly and consistently.
• Provide behavior management support to all staff by working with students individually and in groups as needed.
• Monitor student behavioral achievement through observation and other quantitative methods.
• Ensure behavior support plans and IEPs are implemented with fidelity.
• Complete tasks assigned by staff pertaining to school environment, behavioral interventions, and other operational functions.
