- Provide behavior management support to all staff by working with students individually and in groups.
- Monitor student behavioral achievement through observation and quantitative methods.
- Manage student behavior through level system and school-wide discipline plan.
- Monitor and address goals in the student's behavior improvement or Positive Behavior Support plan.
- Complete tasks related to school environment, behavioral interventions, and operational duties (discipline, mediation, calls to guardians, assessments, referrals).
