Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Experience in an office or clerical environment preferred.
Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the public, students, and staff; strong oral and written communication skills; ability to follow instructions quickly and accurately; strong clerical skills including typing and filing; knowledge of basic bookkeeping; ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements; represent Gwinnett County Public Schools effectively; collaborate across functions; demonstrate technology skills.
Provide general clerical support and serve as receptionist and/or registrar, handling financial and accounting duties as needed.
Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, standing, and walking. Use of hands for handling and reaching. Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching. Lifting up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and depth perception. Accommodations available for disabilities.
