HES Facilities Management in Little Rock, AR is seeking a General Cleaner to support daily facility upkeep across assigned areas. The role focuses on sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming and restrooms sanitation, with responsibilities including trash removal and window cleaning.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with fellow staff, and maintain high cleaning standards. Physical stamina and reliable transportation are required; background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• General cleaners perform cleaning duties to maintain daily upkeep.
• Essential functions include sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming.
• Experience in cleaning and sanitation is preferred.
• Reliability and ability to follow directions are required.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping and dusting assigned areas.
• Dust mopping and damp mopping floors.
• Vacuuming and carpet extraction where needed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms.
• Washing windows and surfaces near entryways.
• Removing trash and recycling.
• Snow and ice removal when necessary.
• Other custodial tasks as directed.
